Topics:

Trends in Food Analysis VIII is a one-day scienctific symposium dedicated to recent advances in food analysis. Scientists will have the opportunity to present their results during oral and poster presentations. Invited speakers will give an overview of the state of the art in analytical food science. Laboratories can present their scope or analytical services on business posters. Vendors will demonstrate their newest technologies during the exhibition and lunch pitches.

Topics for oral and poster presentations

  • food authenticity and fraud
  • food spoilage and packaging
  • food contaminants and residues
  • allergens
  • genetically modified foods
  • omics approaches in food and feed analysis
  • alternative protein sources and residual streams
Business posters

A business poster can present laboratory activities, analytical services, expertise and projects.
