Call KVCV-SRC Incentive Awards 2025 |
|
|
Each year KVCV and SRC organize incentive awards to reward excellent researchers in chemistry affiliated to a Belgian research institution. The candidate must be a member of KVCV or SRC for at least 2 years and must have at least one publication in a Chemistry Europe journal. The value of an incentive award is €2500. The deadline for submission is 28 March 2025.

LABORAMA 2025 vindt plaats op 20 en 21 maart in Paleis 3 van Brussels Expo. U ontmoet er meer dan 100 leveranciers uit de laboratoriumsector onder 1 dak en ontdekt er de allernieuwste technologieën.
Naast de fysieke vakbeurs wordt er ook een gevarieerd programma aangeboden om nog meer bezoekers aan te trekken. Zo staat er een tweedaags congres met interessante gastsprekers op de planning.

essenscia blijft inzetten op duurzaamheid en lanceert eigen Sustainability Academy |

Met een eigen Sustainability Academy wil essenscia het voortouw blijven nemen in de industriële transitie en het permanente streven naar meer duurzaamheid. Dat gebeurt met een combinatie van hoogstaande opleidingen, zowel voor ervaren industrie-experten als jonge ingenieursstudenten, en het bevorderen van kennisdeling tussen chemie- en farmabedrijven op het vlak van innovatie, regelgeving en technologie. Het startschot werd gegeven met een gloednieuwe weekopleiding ‘Sustainable Technological Transition’, uitgewerkt in samenwerking met de Universiteit Gent.

IUPAC - The Top Ten Emerging Technologies in Chemistry – Call for Proposals for 2025 |

The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry has released its call for proposals to identify the top ten emerging technologies in chemistry with the results to be announced in 2025. Anyone can submit one or more proposals – this call for proposals is open to the global science community as well as to the general public.

De Faculteit Wetenschappen aan de KU Leuven organiseert een zomerschool voor enthousiaste leerlingen van het secundair onderwijs.
Kom in juli/augustus een week lang proeven van de wetenschap en jezelf verdiepen in een onderwerp dat je fascineert!
Inschrijven kan vanaf nu en tot 13 april. De plaatsen voor elke cursus zijn beperkt, wacht dus niet te lang!
De voertaal voor de zomerschool is Engels.

EFMC-YMCS 2025 will be held in Porto on September 4-5, 2025.
