Over the past three decades, the field of chemistry has progressively shifted toward greener and more sustainable approaches, driven by the principles of green chemistry. This PhD research project explores the development and application of enabling technologies in organic synthesis, focusing on process intensification using alternative energy inputs like microwave irradiation, photoredox catalysis, electrosynthesis, and flow chemistry. These technologies are vital in enhancing reaction efficiency, improving yields, and contributing to sustainability.
