This webinar will be presented by Gjermund Vogt who will be sharing his experience in food chemistry gained as a research scientist at NOFIMA (Aas, Norway, 1990-2013) and as Project Manager Chemistry at Eurofins (Moss, Norway). His work with industry has been directed to generating new ideas and products, as well as solving process problems and quality issues. In his position at Eurofins, Gjermund is providing specialised advice to analytical professionals, food industry professionals, and to a broader public.
